PUBLICATIONS

In January, 2004,  CNN reported that half of Americans are unhappy with their job. ARE YOU  ONE  OF  THESE  UNHAPPY  SOULS?

This is just one of many surveys which tell the same story about managers and employees who are fed up with their work status. Such negative results are not surprising since most workers focus on getting the "perfect" job before they find their mission!  When this occurs in your life, we guarantee that you will be perfectly miserable!

God has placed you on this earth for a reason. You are part of his total plan. But, when you do not find your purpose for living, you become a misfit which can be compared to an odd piece that will never fit into a beautiful picture in a puzzle!

Click on the links below which will introduce you to Jim Hogsett's new book and his job kit. These are important tools which can help you get on the right track and find your mission and the job which drives the mission. You will find that Jim has been there and done that, so learn from his personal experiences!

You will discover not only how to be a happy worker but one who can witness for Christ in the workplace through your Christian work ethic which you develop and display on the job!

We also invite you to read our monthly newsletter which will help you focus on important current issues related to the Christian work ethic.

Special Report:  Turnover of Health Care Nursing Assistants - Causes and Cures  Worker Ministries has conducted an extensive     42-month study on turnover among employees who work in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and physician offices.  This report will be of value to administrators and supervisors who desire to make a dramatic reduction in turnover.  Such turnover is not only expensive, it also adversely affects the quality of care for our elderly citizens!  Click here to read the entire 39-page report.

Audio and Video Programs from Worker Ministries:

We are in the planning stages of establishing audio and video presentations which feature Jim Hogsett.

Our first feature is a recording of an interview which took place when Jim was a guest on the Living Christian Radio Network which broadcasts from Seattle Washington.  The interview is significant in that it enabled us to reach out to workers in Canada as well as the western half of our country:
