One of the key
elements to living a purpose driven life in the workplace is
preparing for the mission to which you are called by God
Almighty. One of the important mediums for this
preparation is training provided by our secondary schools and
colleges. However,
all such schools do not provide the total education experience
necessary for one to serve as an ambassador for Christ in the
workplace.

into each career
curriculum.
This is not merely
accomplished by adding ethics courses although such training
can be beneficial. Ethical, spiritual values must also be integrated
throughout the
content of courses. LIVING these values should become a
way of life for the student BEFORE he or she graduates. An example in a
college business finance
course would be a discussion on the impact of ethical conduct
when operating a corporation. Another example would be
ethical, spiritual values belonging to a nurse who is training
to minister to the sick.
We will
highlight any educational institution regardless of
denomination which has facts to support academic excellence

While we are not affiliated with Liberty
University or the Jerry Falwell ministry in any official
capacity, we take pleasure in recognizing and supporting the tremendous
work taking place at Liberty and the work of its founder, Dr.
Jerry Falwell, as he brings the message
of Christ to millions across the globe. Not only does Jerry Falwell
Ministries deliver the message of Christ to
thousands each week through Thomas Road Baptist Church, but
countless souls have been touched by the many outreach
ministries operated by Dr. Falwell's ministry.
Perhaps even more
miraculously, the values taught by Christ are reaching the
workplace through the Christ-centered academic programs
offered at Liberty University. The Liberty motto is
"Changing the world one degree at a time"--and they
mean it! Not only does Liberty University offer
employers the most highly qualified graduates of any school,
but they also offer job candidates who display the character

Jim visited
with Dr. Falwell during the weekend of July 1-2.
This was a special occasion in recognition of the 50th
anniversary of the Falwell Ministries and opening of the
brand new Thomas Road Baptist Church in Lynchburg,
Virginia.

Jim met with
Dr. Bruce Bell, Dean of the School of Business at Liberty
University on October 19, 2006 and discussed developments
at Worker Ministries.

Following the
meeting with Dr. Bell, Jim spoke to an overflow audience on the
subject of Christian ethics in the work place.

Jim met with
Dr. Falwell on October 20, 2006. Dr. Falwell
graciously invited Jim to speak at the 2007 Super
Conference, as well as opening the doorway for Jim to
offer some workshops at Liberty.
