Jim Hogsett is one of America's
foremost authorities on the Christian work ethic. His own work
experience began as a disc jockey at the young age of nine and
continued through college.
After earning his Bachelor's Degree in business and marketing at East
Carolina University, he entered the education field
and was recognized as one of the top ten educators in North
Carolina. He was also a finalist for the Terry Sanford Award
for innovative contributions to educating young people.

During most of his career, he has
served as a Human
Resources Development Manager in many different work environments
including industrial plants, customer service, and transportation.
After completing graduate studies at
N. C. State
University and North Carolina A&T State University, he earned
his Master's Degree in industrial education in 1993 with honors.
In 2004, he was presented the
Pacesetter Award in recognition of his consistent demonstration of
compassionate professional care to the elderly in his ministry at
Blakey Hall in Elon, North Carolina, an assisted living facility.
Jim met Jesus Christ as his Savior
while in high
school and over the years has served as a Sunday school teacher and
lay minister for his church.
The unique background and versatile
work experience
of this ambassador for Jesus Christ enables him to serve others in a
unique way as he promotes the Christian work ethic through churches
and work organizations across America.
